  • juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • Parsley, for garnish

  1. In a food processor, thoroughly combine the feta cheese, yogurt, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Finely chop the parsley.
