Ingredients
For the Crust
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Pizza Filling
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup cooked ground beef or sausage
- 12 pepperoni slices
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- ¼ cup diced green bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced yellow bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease 4–6 foil cups or a muffin tin with olive oil.
- Flatten dough pieces and press them into the cups to form mini crusts.
- Add 1–2 tablespoons pizza sauce into each cup.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Top with cooked beef or sausage, pepperoni, olives, and peppers.
- Add a little more cheese and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips
- Add mushrooms, onions, or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Use turkey pepperoni for a lighter version.
- Serve with garlic sauce or ranch dip.
