Blueberry Yogurt Protein Bites

Ingredients:

Keto-friendly yogurt 1 cup

Fresh blueberries 2 cups

Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp.

Swerve powder 1 1/2 tbsp.

Instructions:

Take two medium-sized baking trays and then place parchment paper in them and then leave it on a side.

Now take a large bowl and then add the vanilla, powdered sugar, and then yogurt, and then mix in properly.

Then, take a toothpick and with the help of this coat the blueberries one by one properly in the mixture.

Then place it in the baking tray.

Put the baking tray into the freezer for approximately 1 hour.

Serve it on a serving plate.
