Ingredients
6-8 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Chopped chives or green onions for garnish
Directions
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
