🛒 Ingredients
2–3 lb pork roast (pork shoulder or pork loin)
½ cup honey
½ cup mustard (yellow or Dijon)
1 packet onion soup mix
🥣 Instructions
1️⃣ Place pork in slow cooker
Put the pork roast in the bottom of the slow cooker.
2️⃣ Mix the sauce
In a bowl, combine honey, mustard, and onion soup mix.
3️⃣ Pour over pork
Spread the sauce evenly over the roast.
4️⃣ Cook
Low: 7–8 hours
High: 4–5 hours
The pork should be very tender and easy to shred.
5️⃣ Serve
Slice or shred the pork and spoon some of the sauce over the top.
