It’s a fantastic and easy bread substitute that you can make with just yogurt, water, flour, and a little salt.

Light little buns are a perfect substitute for traditional store-bought baked goods.

They go well with any side dish for breakfast or dinner.

Easy pan rolls with yogurt

Ingredients:

1 cup water (200 ml)
1 cup yogurt (200 g)
2 cups plain flour (250g)
1 teaspoon salt

For the filling (optional):

butter
cheese
tomatoes
parsley
salad

Preparation:

Pour water into the pan.

Transfer to heat.

Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.

Add yogurt to boiling water.

Mix well with a spatula.

Boil for about 4-5 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, remove the pot from the heat.

Add flour.

Finally, salt, stir and let cool a little.

Pour the dough into a deep bowl.

Knead with your hands.

Then transfer the dough to the table and knead until smooth.

Stretch the dough into a thin roll.

Cut into walnut-sized pieces.

Then we form balls from the dough.

We press the dough with our hands in the shape of a small pancake.

Heat a dry skillet on the stove .

Transfer the “pancakes” inside.

Fry at high heat until golden on both sides.

Place the baked fries on a towel.

Cover with another towel so they don’t dry out.

Brush each loaf with butter.

Arrange cheese slices on top.

Add a slice of tomato.

Then add the parsley.

Finally, add the salad.

Cover with another loaf and serve.
