Creamy coffee, chocolate and peanut dessert
Ingredients:
– 80 g sugar
– 50 g cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon instant coffee
– 650 ml milk
– 1 teaspoon butter
– 100 g chocolate
– 100 g cream
– 40 g crushed peanuts
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and instant coffee with the milk.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until boiling. Continue cooking for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in the butter.
- Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours. Chocolate coating:
- Heat the cream until boiling.
- Melt the chocolate by adding it to the hot cream. Mix well and let stand for 1 minute.
- Add the chopped peanuts and mix gently.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
