1 small head of cauliflower (cut into florets)
8 oz (225g) mushrooms (sliced) β button or cremini work great
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried thyme (or Italian seasoning)
Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (for heat)
Grated parmesan (for extra flavor)

1. Prep the Veggies
Wash and dry the cauliflower and mushrooms.
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower and mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.

2. Air Fry
Preheat the air fryer to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
Place the cauliflower and mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 12β15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden and slightly crispy and the mushrooms are tender.

3. Garnish and Serve
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley, red pepper flakes, and grated parmesan (if using).
