This Christmas crack is sweet, nutty and truly delicious. You can make some and give it as a gift or enjoy it all yourself.
Ingredients
16 ounces salted roasted peanuts
5 ounces dark chocolate chips
22 ounces white chocolate chips
⅓ cup toffee bits
½ cup smooth peanut butter
Colorful sprinkles and/or sea salt, for garnish
Instructions
Grease the inside of your crockpot with nonstick spray or use a crockpot liner instead.
Put the peanuts, chocolate chips, toffee bits, and peanut butter in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for an hour.
Stir the mixture and continue to cook until all the chocolate has melted.
Scoop up tablespoons of the mixture and arrange on parchment paper lined baking sheets.
Sprinkle over sprinkles and/or sea salt if liked, and allow to cool until the chocolate has set.æ
