Salad
- 2 (15 oz) can green beans, drained
- 2 (15 oz) cans green peas, drained
- 2 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained
- 1 (2 oz) jar pimentos with oil
- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- ½ white onion, diced
Dressing
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Preparation
- In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined.
- Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl and pour dressing over the top.
- Toss salad until all ingredients are well coated.
- Cover and chill for 8 hours or overnight. Stir after a few hours if possible.
- Serve chilled.
