High-Protein Fatbomb Fluff (Keto + Low-Carb)

Protein: 25–40g (depends on powder used)

Carbs: 3–6g

Fat: 12–20g

🥣 Ingredients

✔ 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese blended smooth)

✔ 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate)

✔ 2 tbsp heavy cream (for fat & fluffiness)

✔ 1 tbsp cream cheese (optional for thicker fat-bomb style)

✔ 1–2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter (optional for extra fat)

✔ Sweetener to taste (Allulose/Stevia/Monkfruit)

✔ Ice cubes (2–4) for extra fluff

🔥 Instructions (super fluffy method)

1️⃣ Add everything to a bowl or blender:

Greek yogurt

Protein powder

Heavy cream

Cream cheese

Sweetener

2–4 ice cubes

2️⃣ Blend or whip for 20–40 seconds

You want it whipped like mousse — thick, creamy, and fluffy.

3️⃣ Fold in add-ins (optional):

Sugar-free chocolate chips

Crushed keto cookies

Strawberries

Cocoa powder swirl

4️⃣ Chill for 10 minutes (optional)

Makes it extra thick and “fatbomb-like.”

🍫 Variations

Chocolate Fluff

Add 1 tbsp cocoa powder + chocolate protein.

Peanut Butter Cup Fluff

Add 1 tbsp peanut butter + chocolate protein.

Use strawberry protein + add 1–2 chopped strawberries.
