12 oz mushrooms (button or cremini), cleaned and halved
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 large eggs, beaten
Oil for frying (or olive oil spray for baking/air fryer)
Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. - Bread the Mushrooms
